My name is Jill Toy, I am a self taught baker. 
I am the sole owner and baker of my small home based bakery. I started baking when I was very young but never dreamed I would want to pursue it as a career.

When my kids were young I started creating their birthday cakes and decided this was something I really loved!

I pride myself in my creations and give my customers unique and delicious desserts. Perfection is my passion and the best part of my job is to see my customers faces after they see and taste my recipes and techniques I have mastered over the years.
